¿Código Alfa sirve para uso clínico?
No. Es una herramienta educativa y de simulación. No es un dispositivo médico, no procesa señales de pacientes reales y no debe usarse para diagnóstico ni para decisiones clínicas.
¿A quién va dirigida?
A anestesiólogos, residentes y estudiantes que quieran aprender a leer el EEG perioperatorio (trazo crudo, DSA e índice) integrado con la clínica.
¿Mis datos salen del dispositivo?
No. Todo el progreso es local. Consulta la política de privacidad.
¿En qué dispositivos funciona?
La app es universal para iPhone, iPad y Mac: el mismo contenido en las tres, con los monitores a la resolución de cada pantalla. Es una sola ficha de App Store; al descargarla en una la tienes en las tres.
¿Cuánto cuesta?
Nada, para uso personal. El uso corporativo, institucional, comercial o docente organizado requiere permiso expreso y por escrito de los dos autores; se pide en jophiel@codigoalfaeeg.com. Los términos completos explican qué entra en cada caso.
¿Y el juego que había en el navegador?
La campaña 2D «Último Residente» se jugaba en la web; ahora va dentro de la app y no se publica por separado. Allí tiene los 87 casos, el Atlas, los seis monitores —incluidos Entropía (GE) y Conox qCON (Fresenius Kabi)— y los rangos y logros de Game Center. Los enlaces antiguos a /jugar llevan a la página de la app.
He encontrado un error en un caso clínico.
Escríbenos con el caso y el motivo. Es la clase de correo que más se agradece: cada afirmación clínica de la app tiene detrás una referencia, y si una referencia no sostiene lo que dice el caso, queremos saberlo.

Is Código Alfa for clinical use?
No. It is an educational and simulation tool. It is not a medical device, does not process real patient signals, and must not be used for diagnosis or clinical decisions.
Who is it for?
Anesthesiologists, residents and students who want to learn to read the perioperative EEG (raw trace, DSA and index) integrated with the clinical context.
Does my data leave the device?
No. All progress is local. See the privacy policy.
Which devices does it run on?
The app is universal for iPhone, iPad and Mac: the same content on all three, with the monitors at each screen's resolution. It is a single App Store listing; downloading it on one gets you all three.
What does it cost?
Nothing, for personal use. Corporate, institutional, commercial or organized teaching use requires the express written permission of both authors; request it at jophiel@codigoalfaeeg.com. The full terms spell out which is which.
What about the game that ran in the browser?
The 2D campaign "Last Resident" used to run on the web; it now ships inside the app and is not published separately. There it has all 87 cases, the Atlas, the six monitors — including Entropy (GE) and Conox qCON (Fresenius Kabi) — and Game Center ranks and achievements. Old /jugar links land on the app page.
